Our REALTORS provide FREE buyer representation (no charge to the buyer). Our commission is ALWAYS paid by the builder. It will not benefit you to go directly to the builder without REALTOR® representation, nor will it save you money.  In most cases, we can rebate a portion of our commission back to you.

Why? The on-site salespeople are employees of the builder and will deal fairly with you, but they represent their employer, not you. Even if you do not choose to work with ROCK Properties, we highly recommend using a REALTOR® on any new home purchase, as it costs you nothing and it may save you money. Additionally, our REALTORS can assist if any problems should develop during the construction process.

Use our Insider Knowledge to Your Advantage!
As an unrepresented Buyer, you may not know just how far to push a builder's salesperson for 'extras' and price reductions. Our professionals know what incentives to demand and are knowledgeable about what the competition is offering. If you do not work with a REALTOR, your negotiation may be held back due to emotional investment in the home. Or, you may be uncomfortable with that level of aggressiveness, concerned that it will hurt your relationship with a salesperson who you'll be working with for up to 9 months during the building process.
